Rio Wilson

Owner/FOUNder

Rio Wilson is the founder of Brain-Body Therapy. Her journey into this field was deeply personal—after enduring several traumatic events, Rio discovered the profound impact that exercise had on her mental well-being. This realization led her to create an application where others could harness the mind-body connection for healing and growth.

Rio earned her Master’s in Counseling from Northwestern University, equipping her with the expertise to guide users through their mental health journeys. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.

Beyond her work, Rio is a devoted wife to Rob, and a loving mother to her daughter Carlin and bonus daughter Hailey. She also shares her home with her two beloved Frenchies, Biggie and Louie.
