We Are Building the Category-Defining Platform Where Fitness Becomes Mental Healthcare.

Mental health and fitness have long existed as separate categories. Brain-Body Therapy brings them together in one structured, scalable platform, turning the science behind movement and mental health into exercise programs designed specifically to tackle anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.

THE PROBLEM & OUR APPROACH

The Gap in Modern Mental Healthcare.

Reactive and Inaccessible.

Traditional mental health care can be expensive, difficult to access, and limited by a shortage of mental health professionals. At the same time, many digital mental health solutions focus primarily on what people think and feel, leaving an opportunity to more intentionally address the role physical movement can play in mental well-being.

Proactive and Scalable.

Brain-Body Therapy brings mental health and movement together in one structured platform. By combining counseling-informed content with research-based exercise routines designed around specific mental health conditions, we’re creating an accessible, engaging way for people to actively support their mental health, wherever they are.

EARLY TRACTION & GROWTH

Early Momentum. Built for a Bigger Market.

Since launching in October 2025, Brain-Body Therapy has gained early consumer traction while expanding its potential beyond individual subscriptions. With a platform designed to serve both consumers and organizations, we’re building multiple paths to growth across mental health, employer wellness, universities, and the public sector.

THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

The Team Creating the Category.

Rio Wilson

Founder & CEO Rio Wilson built Brain-Body Therapy from both personal experience and professional expertise. After navigating her own mental health challenges, she experienced firsthand the powerful role movement could play in changing how she felt, an experience that ultimately inspired the idea behind Brain-Body Therapy. With a Master’s in Counseling from Northwestern University and a background as a counselor, Rio began exploring how the established connection between exercise and mental health could be transformed into a structured, accessible experience. She spent more than five years researching, developing, and refining the concept before bringing Brain-Body Therapy to market. Today, Rio leads the company’s vision and continues to develop its counseling-informed content, with a mission to change the way people think about movement as part of mental well-being.
